On Mother's Day, Xander gave me a nice coupon book he'd made at school. It had lots of nice coupons like "Breakfast in bed", "30 minutes of yard work", and "Make your bed for you".
At church on Mother's Day, Zoe and Guy also had opportunities to make coupon books. Zoe's was just lovely - each page had several people drawn on it. (People consist of a circle with 2 dots for eyes, and very long legs extending from that head.) She was able to tell me who these drawings represented.
And finally, I got the biggest laugh from Guy's book. He didn't quite grasp the concept, methinks. The coupons are for favors that I am to perform for HIM! At the bottom of each coupon was a line, and he told me I was to write in "yes" or "no" as to whether I would agree to contract. "Will you make lunch for me? Yes/No" "Will you play a board game with me? Yes/No"
Will I love you forever and always? Yes! Will I crack up every time you do something silly? Yes!
