Exploratorium

Here are some photos of our day at the exploratorium.  The boys loved the "electric chair" that vibrates in pulses, leaving hands ticklishly numb.  The working bulldozer was fun to operate, and the science exhibits were good.

We all liked the interactive video games, for which the player stands in front of a green screen and his image is projected into the game.  To move his body around the screen he shifts his body position by stretching, bending and leaning.  On my turn, I loved watching my image fly around the screen to catch balls, and it was mildly athletic.  Maybe this will be the future generation of wii!

Xander rode on the high-wire bicycle and acted terrified (was he really??).  Afterward we went to a fun playground.  We came home in the evening and I dumped everyone into beds...that's always a sign that it's been a fun and full day.
