Now in Technicolor

Okay all you hecklers. You know who you are.  I got the emails requesting PHOTOS!  MORE PHOTOS!  You want to see those Weibel kids, I know it.

So, I'm making an effort to insert photos into my blog entries.

I take photos once in a while... You know I'm not the BEST at whipping the camera out, and I'm also a little slow to get pictures uploaded, but at the end of the day, there DO EXIST a few photos of my kids.

The really rare and priceless find, however, is a photo of ME.  I want to know if anyone has been emailing my husband and kids demanding, "We want you to send some photos of your wife!"  

I have taken a few self-portraits in the past (Always extreme close-ups...notice how one arm is cut off? It's the one holding the camera) just in case I die early...I want the kids to have a photo.

So, what is the deal?  Am I a big-foot or a unicorn or fairy?  There must be something mystical about me, seeing as how I am so hard to get on film.  Or maybe it's the COMPETITION - when the camera is out, people say things like, "Move back a little please, you're getting in the frame.  I'm trying to get a shot of that amazingly cute little girl."   Once all the kids move out of the house, I will again start to appear in photos.

So, I'm not sure how it serendipidously happened, but parts of me showed up in a couple of recent photos (I have a nice ear, right?).  I did get a request from a relative for "a photo that does not have the top of your head cut off," so I'm just going to go ahead and forward that email to my husband.  He could use some heckling, too.
