Expensive

Right now I'm fuming. A naughty child can do a lot of damage in just a few seconds. Zoe took the garage remote off my visor in the car and it was $25 to replace. Just now Guy pulled a seat belt all the way out, looped it over the seat in front, and pulled it tight so now we can't retract it. I don't know how much that is going to cost. Zoe also cut holes in the bedroom window screens so she could throw stuff out windows, a move that echoes the rabbit-hole Xander cut in the porch screening. The rodents who now frequent our porch love it, but I hate it when kids cause damage. My husband says he'll avoid buying nice furniture or cars until the kids are moved out. I agree!
